Q: What is the goal or purpose of Heal?  What is it all about?

Heal Worldwide was created with the goal of positively impacting lives through content, community and commerce.  Many programs and businesses exist that are lacking in one or more of these elements, leaving marketers stuck, confused, or unsuccessful no matter how hard they try.  Or, the products may be amazing, but the community element is missing or unsupportive.  Heal is designed to bridge those gaps and provide a total transformation experience allowing EVERY member to share top of the line health products, superior success and personal development training, and genuinely thrive within a caring, uplifting community.

Q: How do I activate my VIP status?

Simply go to discoverheal.com and follow the link to activate your account.

Q: Do you accept Bitcoin?

Yes! Payments can be made using all major credit cards & cryptocurrency.

Q: Will there be offices in other countries?  Can I join from another country?

Yes, in fact, there are already offices established in the USA, Europe, Austria and our partner company currently maintains a well-established global presence in 151 countries, and counting.

Q: If our team members don’t use Facebook, can they still benefit?

Yes, the website is accessible anywhere online, and all of the training materials are being loaded onto the website and will be accessible regardless of which social media platform a person chooses.

Q: How do I get help with a question or issue?

Send an email to support@healworldwide.com and briefly state the purpose of the email as clearly as possible in the subject line.  All inquiries are important to the Heal Administration and Support Team and we are diligently working through them as quickly as possible.  We appreciate your patience as we work hard to respond in a timely fashion.

Q: What about income disclaimers and health claims in marketing?

Members are required to comply with and INCLUDE the following disclaimers in all social media posts, responses, email campaigns, and all other marketing efforts:

HEALTH – “Heal Worldwide LLC, and its’ affiliates and partners, make no medical claims, nor do we engage in diagnosing, treating, curing or preventing any disease.  These statements have not been evaluated by the US FDA and should not be construed as advice.  Always seek the guidance of your medical team if you have a health concern, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking prescription medications.

2. Compensation Plan

Q: Is the $49.95 a monthly or one-time fee? What about the digital products?

Yes! The VIP coaching service is a monthly payment of $49.95. The digital products available are a one-time fee.

Q: Are these recurring monthly commissions?

Yes! The VIP coaching service pays out 33% monthly commissions. The digital products are one-time commissions.

Q: How does the straight line work?

The straight line compensation plan works just as the name says, it's a straight line. Which means, everyone that you introduce to Heal will be placed below you in the straight line. When any of these members decide to upgrade to VIP status or purchase any of the Heal digital products, the commission rolls up the line to the person above them, which would be you.

Q: Why am I seeing – lost commissions?

PLEASE NOTE: You must be a paid VIP member to earn commissions.

When someone under you in the straight line upgrades to VIP or purchases a Heal digital product, the commission rolls up the straight line. If you receive a "Lost Commission" email, that means that you are not a paid active VIP member or you do not own the digital product for which the commission is for.

But don't worry! You will see a 24 hr countdown timer in your backoffice, this gives you a 24 hr grace period to upgrade to VIP and/or purchase that product yourself so you do not lose that commission. (The 24 hr countdown does not apply to the 1% micro commissions 10 levels deep.)

If you can not afford the upgrade yourself right now. Don't worry! The genius behind the straight line is that EVERY month that commission will again roll-up to you first, again giving you a 24 hr grace period to purchase the product before that commission rolls up to the next member above you. You do not lose that commission or member forever.

You can decide to upgrade at any time. Once you do, you will no longer see "lost commission" messages for that product. All direct roll-up commissions and free pass-up commissions will automatically be applied to your account.

Q: How and when will I get paid?

As soon as your earnings have reached $10 or more, you will receive an email with instructions to set up a payment account with PayQuicker. You will be able to keep the money in the FDIC-insured PayQuicker account or transfer to your bank as you wish. At a minimum, commissions will be paid out every Friday.

Heal Visa® Prepaid Card USD is issued by MetaBank®, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. This card may be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated in the Cardholder Agreement.

Q: What are the age restrictions for marketing Heal?

Individuals who are 18 years of age or older are welcome to join Heal. It is the member’s responsibility to check the guidelines in their local, state, or federal agencies, which vary by location, to insure accordance with requirements.

Q: What if I join as a VIP AFTER some of my own referrals have already joined?

The timestamp you have locked in remains attached to you forever.  Once you do activate your VIP status, you will slip right into the spot you had already locked in, and will be eligible to earn commissions on your referrals beginning with the next month and every month after as long as they remain paid VIP members.

3. Products

Q: How can I purchase either a VIP membership or a product?

Heal currently accepts several forms of payment including credit card, debit card, and cryptocurrency.

Q: What happens if a person doesn’t want to buy a Heal VIP membership, but just wants to purchase a digital training course or tangible product?

There is no requirement to become a Heal VIP member to purchase the tangible or digital products.  If you have a customer interested in buying the Big Profile Profits course, for example, you will earn commission based on the sale of that product through your unique affiliate link AS LONG AS you have already purchased that package (a one-time fee) yourself.  Your customer will receive a welcome email, access to the private Facebook group for that course, and be able to login at discoverheal.com to access their courses.  Currently, that same customer may NOT turn around and market that same product to others unless they first join Heal as a VIP member.

Q: Can I use my earned commissions to purchase additional upgrades or products?

We cannot directly apply your earnings toward purchases on our end without paying you what you are owed first.  We will send you your payments, and then “you” may go in and purchase any other products or upgrades you desire.

Q: What are the benefits of being a VIP?
